Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The reason for your return request

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be eligible for return if they are:

  • Damaged after delivery
  • Missing original packaging
  • Returned without approval
  • Returned outside the return period

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer automatic exchanges.

If you would like a different item or style, please request a return and place a new order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
